Hi, I´m Rebecca.

I’ve always been fascinated with the story that customer data can tell about a business, when it’s captured and utilized effectively. 

I originally focused my career on digital marketing because I was intrigued by the possibility of helping businesses improve customer retention and loyalty through the use of high quality, up-to-date data.

Since 2017, I’ve been developing and deploying CRM system and process improvements and email marketing automations for large companies including eBay, and for small businesses.

I’ve worked with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, and with a range of ESPs.

I enjoy discussing the benefits and intricacies of using CRM platforms and email marketing to better understand and communicate with customers.

One of my strengths is collaborating with a wide variety of teams such as IT, data analysts and database managers, sales, content and design, and web dev to identify and meet project requirements.

I believe that it's mission critical for businesses to tailor their processes and messaging to fit their customers' needs and preferences. Nobody wants to be bombarded with irrelevant offers.

 

But without accurate and appropriate customer data, companies can't deliver the personalized experience that today's customers expect. We owe it to our customers to continually strive to improve processes and systems so we can provide what they need to know, when they need to know it.
